CFO - Chief Financial Officer

Zone of responsibilities:

• Managing and supervision of the corporate finance activities, budgeting and forecasting
• Carry out various group and regional projects and initiatives related to Finance and Business Control function
• Delivers financial and statistic information of the company to the shareholders and for management use on a regular basis.
• Responsible for the conduct of the company's relationship with shareholders and financial community.
• Ensure implementation and fulfillment of company's policies and processes
• Coordinates and manages external and internal audits.
• Analyses studies of general economic, business and financial conditions and their impact on the corporate policies and operations.
• Overseas preparation of the company's accounting and financial reports in accordance with GAAP / IFRS standards. Performs technical accounting research to ensure compliance with GAAP and IFRS reporting requirements.
• Develops, implements, and manages an optimal risk financing strategy.
• Oversees the financial result of the company.
• Oversees the establishment and implementation of corporate tax policy to minimize tax risk. Responsible for contact with the regulatory bodies. Ensures compliance with statutory requirement, and timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Cooperate and coordinate work of the Accounting and Administrative department
